We know who Kelvin Taylor is. He’s a legacy; the son of one of the greatest pro football players to come out of Palm Beach County: Fred Taylor. He’s a prodigy; lighting up South Florida football fields since he burst onto the scene as an eight grader. He’s an all-time great; running past Emmitt Smith for the most career rushing yards in Florida high school history. (9,698 yards and still counting). What we don’t know about Taylor, is whether he’ll follow his father’s footsteps and play Saturdays in the Swamp, or go west (SEC West, at least) and roll with the Tide.
With Taylor on the verge of announcing his collegiate choice this weekend, ESPN 760 sat down with the record breaking Senior-to-be, about where he’s been and where’s going (Spoiler Alert: He’s announcing his “decision” between Florida and Alabama in Gainesville).
